Current turn around time is 3-5 business days to complete your order. Please allow 5 business days for item to ship. You will receive an email when item is shipped.

Items will be shipped 3-5 buisness days after Order is received. Items are shipped via USPS ground shipping. You will receive tracking information. Once item is received by mailer we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. You must contact them directly to file a claim.

All items are made to order. If you have requested a personalized item and it has already been made we can no longer cancel or change your order. If any item has already been shipped, personalized and non personalized we cannot cancel.
